The program's equipment incentive are available to all participating builders. Note that all incentive types are mutually exclusive (i.e. - a home cannot receive a whole-house incentive and an incentive for a 15 SEER heat pump).
Equipment rebates require an HVAC installer's invoice and an AHRI certificate. The invoice must be unique to the home in question and cannot be a purchase order from the builder.
