Effective for all applications submitted on or after February 1st,
All homes submitted into the RNC Program must be 3 stories or less, regardless of whole-house or equipment only. Any building greater than 3 stories is considered a commercial building and is not eligible to be submitted into the Program. This is to align with the North Carolina Building Code.
2. All applications must be submitted directly through Ekotrope, with an individual applications for each address / being submitted. There will be no allowance for bulk upload equipment-only applications.
